FAQs - Venue Finding:
Large or small, domestic or international, TSC are able to assist and support you with all types of events, meetings and conferences.
Call the TSC Hotels & Venues office, email, arrange a call back, write us a letter, send a carrier pigeon....... We are happy to hear from you.
For the standard venue finding service there is not charge from TSC. Should you require further services, charges may apply, however these will only be with prior agreement.
You can decide to choose all or some of the services offered by TSC. We are happy to help you in any way we can. Give us a call and see how we can.
TSC can provide services anywhere in the world. Some locations that are further afield my require a slightly different approach and in some instances this may mean we have to introduce a small fee.
TSC has 40 years experience working within the meeting and events sector. We have amassed a wealth of experience and contacts, all of which we use to our full advantage in order to achieve the best possible rates for each of our customers where we can.
For meeting space the end user is always responsible for signing the contract. This is mainly due to the venue T&C’s and their lack of flexibility should the customer decide to amend or cancel the requirements within the confirmed dates. TSC will negotiate terms, prices and the finer details prior to signature.
That is a $50,000 question. We would always recommend you have adequate cover ‘just in case’ you have any cancellations you may be liable for. Contact us for information of suppliers if required.
With TSC, every customer has a dedicated contact within our operational team to work closely with them throughout their relationship with us. This provides every customer with the confidence that their business is very important to TSC and valued. Working alongside the dedicated account manager they focus on delivering the best possible solutions to every customer and work with them to provide whatever support they feel necessary.

Generally the proposal is valid for 14 days from the date of issue, however this may vary depending on the conditions applied upon TSC by the Hotel / Venue.
All financial commitments are between the hotel/venue and the customer as per the contractual commitments.
The office is open Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:45. We do operate an out of hours service for live events and productions outside of these times.
TSC’s commitment to you continues even after everybody has left the event. We always like to carry out a post event de-brief to look at how all parties can work more efficiently for the next event. This meeting gives us the opportunity to review the management information statistics along with the success of the service and booker feedback along with aspects such as how to communicate with exhibitors, competitors, delegates or visitors.
